Blend

Arango Royal Comfort

Royal Comfort is a mild aromatic blend built on aged red Virginia leaf, lightly toasted Cavendish, and a small amount of Perique. On the flavoring side, notes of fresh fruit, barrel-aged whiskey, and earthy vanilla stand out; the cut is ribbon, which makes packing the pipe easy and helps achieve an even burn. Its light nicotine and mild smoke make the blend the kind of aromatic that can be smoked all day. Records indicate the blend was first released in 1981 by R.J. Reynolds, but wasn't long-lived. The Arango Cigar Co. name brought it back in 2025, with production undertaken by Cornell & Diehl; the brand is of US origin. Since the Perique share is low, the spice stays well in the background.
