Backwoods Black 'N Gold

Black 'N Gold is one of the aromatic blends in the pipe tobacco line of Backwoods, the American brand known for its cigar papers. Coarse, irregularly cut Burley and Virginia leaf is used together with dark Cavendish; a vanilla-and-caramel-forward flavoring is applied over it. The topping is also described as carrying notes of honey, citrus, and herbs. Body sits between light and medium; since nicotine load is kept low, it doesn't weigh even over long smokes, while the sweetness stays pronounced. The line is also notable for carrying the brand's cigar-side flavor names over to its pipe tobacco.
