Bayside Mixed Shag

Owned by the Bull Brand, it's produced at Von Eicken's facilities in Germany — so the brand itself is British while production takes place in Germany. The blend is built from a combination of Virginia and Burley leaf, and its very fine cut makes it easy to light and slow to burn. It's a medium-bodied, understated, everyday tobacco. Its flavoring level is low; the taste that stands out is the leaf's own dry, hay-like, faintly nutty side. Because of the fine cut, the pipe needs to be packed loosely.
