Borkum Riff Mixture With Licorice/Indigo

The blend is a coarse, evenly cut mixture whose weight comes mainly from fermented black Cavendish sourced from Africa and South America, joined by Brazilian Virginia. It's flavored with real licorice root and a sambuca-style aniseed liqueur aroma, so the licorice-anise pairing dominates both the taste and the smell. Following a change in EU tobacco regulation, the product is sold within the Union under the name "Borkum Riff Indigo." Production takes place at Scandinavian Tobacco Group's Orlik factory in Assens, Denmark.
