Dan Tobacco Independence

Independence belongs to Dan Tobacco's "American History" series, a ribbon-cut blend with a small amount of Latakia added to a Virginia and black Cavendish base. Because it's flavored with a fruit casing, it's classed as aromatic, though the Latakia it contains sets it apart from classic aromatics. The Virginia's natural sugar meets the fruit casing on the palate, while the Latakia builds a smoky, resinous edge in the background. Body sits between mild and medium, burning evenly.
