Drew Estate Meat Pie

Meat Pie is Drew Estate's English-style, latakia-heavy blend. It contains Cyprus latakia, Virginia leaf from America's Old Belt district, and oriental tobaccos. As the name suggests, the blend's character brings out baking spices, hickory smoke and a meaty, smoked tone; latakia takes the lead role in this picture while Virginia provides a measured sweetness in the background. Though the body stays light to medium, the flavor intensity is pronounced; the smoke finishes with a creamy, roasted close. Per records, production was limited to 2013, and the blend was later withdrawn from the market.
