Dunhill Ye Olde Signe (Re-release)
Ye Olde Signe is one of Dunhill's oldest mixtures; per records, it was first produced in 1915 and presented in period catalogs as a soft, finely sweet pure Virginia leaf with high natural sweetness. It's made from a composition of Virginia leaves in different colors, cut fine ribbon and put through a fermentation process; this gives the tin a natural, tea-like scent. On the smoke it shows a medium-strength, balanced structure; Virginia sweetness is pronounced and smoke volume is high. The blend was reissued after a long gap and left the list when pipe tobacco production under the Dunhill name ended.
