Alemão Cacau is the cocoa-flavored version of the brand's "Alemão" line. Its base is sun-dried, lightly toasted golden Brazilian Virginia leaf and black Cavendish; a measured cocoa flavoring is applied on top. The cocoa leaves a dry, chocolatey background rather than a heavy syrupy sweetness. It's usually sold in bulk or in airtight aluminum packaging.
