Mac Baren Three Nuns (Pouch Version)

The pouch version of Three Nuns is the form presented as loose cut instead of coin cut. The composition base is the same as the tinned version: Virginia as wrap and body, dark-fire-cured Kentucky as the core, Burley as balance. The difference is that the rope, once cut, is rubbed out and packed into the pouch, removing the step of rubbing out coins. The loose cut lets the tobacco burn faster and more easily, though the pressed form's slowly unfolding flavor development is shortened. Virginia's bready sweetness and Kentucky's fine smoke remain the taste's two axes.
