McClelland Christmas Cheer 2007
Christmas Cheer 2007 is the 2007 release of the series in which McClelland tinned a separate Virginia harvest each year. The leaf is dried by the flue-cure method, matured pressed into cake, and after slicing, partly broken up and packaged as broken flake. The blend carries no flavoring; sweetness comes entirely from the leaf's own sugar and maturation. The tin note carries the brand's characteristic sharp tang, while the smoke shows a bready, fruity Virginia line. Production ended in 2018.
