McClelland No. 2050 Oriental Cavendish Mix

No. 2050 Oriental Cavendish Mix is a mixture in McClelland's bulk series pairing Oriental leaf with Cavendish-processed tobaccos. Per the catalog description, the blend uses Orientals, Virginia Cavendish, and black Cavendish together. Black Cavendish works here as a component that boosts sweetness and mildness; the blend is built not as a heavily flavored tobacco but as a softened take on the Oriental character. In the smoke, the Oriental's spicy tang sits alongside the Cavendish's dark, lightly sugary tone. Body and nicotine are moderate. Discontinued when the brand closed in 2018.
