No. 620 Mocha Black is a blend in McClelland's numbered bulk aromatic series, built entirely on black Cavendish. The cut is ribbon, and the leaf looks dark, nearly coal-black. On opening the pouch, an intense bakery aroma leaning toward coffee, cocoa, and chocolate comes through; the tobacco's own smell stays behind this topping. Though moisture appears high straight from the pack, it lights easily and resists going out in the pipe. The taste follows the nose: a smoke running along coffee, cocoa, and warm chocolate lines, with the leaf character kept in the background. Production ended when McClelland closed in 2018.
