Milan Tobacconists Diplomat

Diplomat is one of Milan Tobacconists' non-aromatic house blends. It is built by combining red virginia leaves with coarse-cut and cube-cut burley, with perique added on top. According to the maker's description it gives a medium-bodied, filling smoke with undertones of nuts and spice. Since it carries no casing, the tobacco's own taste comes forward; the perique share adds a sharpness in the direction of plum and pepper to the virginia sweetness.
