No. 60 is a Peter Heinrichs blend built predominantly from light-colored Virginia leaf, with a small amount of Burley added in. The maker describes it as a tobacco pressed and sliced Navy Cut style; the slices are rubbed out before packing and give a slow, cool burn. Virginia's lightly sugary base, recalling grass and hay, is the determining factor; Burley adds a measured body to that base. Flavoring is kept very low, and bite is minimal.
