Rich's Meerschaum

Meerschaum is a mixture Rich's Cigar Store builds from Latakia, Burley, and Virginia leaf, described by the maker as an "American-style English blend." Latakia's smoke is balanced by Burley's dry, walnut-like body, while Virginia leaves a light sweetness in the background. The blend is designed with meerschaum pipes in mind, considering both the smoking experience and how the pipe colors over time. It is sold in bulk at Rich's stores in Portland.
