Orcilla Mixture is a ribbon-cut English blend prepared from Turkish-Oriental leaf, Latakia, and Virginia with a small amount of Perique added. No flavoring is applied, letting the tobaccos' own character stand out. The blend is among the classic mixtures of Robert Lewis, the London tobacconist founded in 1787. Because the Latakia proportion is kept measured, the smoky layer does not become dominant; the Oriental leaf's spicy structure and Virginia's sweetness stay in balance, while Perique adds a light sharpness in the background. Nicotine is low-to-medium and it offers a smooth smoke.
