Samuel Gawith Grousemoor Plug

Grousemoor Plug is the pressed plug presentation of the Grousemoor blend; retailer records describe it directly as "the same as Grousemoor." Its base is light Virginia leaf, flavored with the floral essence blend characteristic of the Lakeland style. Because of the plug structure, the smoker can slice it for use like a flake or crumble it. Pressing lets the flavor settle more deeply into the leaf; on the smoke, the floral, sweet essence and Virginia's own sweetness proceed intertwined, and the burn is slower than the ribbon cut. Flavor intensity is high and tends to linger in the pipe.
