San Antonio Pipe Club Smooth Syrian

Smooth Syrian is one of the small-batch products from the blending workshop San Antonio Pipe Club founded in 2018. The blend's backbone is built by Syrian latakia; red and yellow virginias, dark-fire-cured Kentucky leaf, and cavendish accompany it. The mixture is given a sweetish casing and pressed and rested for at least four weeks. Syrian latakia gives a milder, more buttery smoke than Cyprus latakia; Kentucky adds fullness, and cavendish raises the roundness. The resulting profile is a light sweetness sitting on a smoky foundation, with nicotine staying in the medium range.
