Sillem's Black is an unusual aromatic blend built by adding Latakia to a black-cavendish-forward body. The cavendish density gives a dark sweetness and a heavy smoke, while Latakia opens a smoky, salty layer rarely seen in aromatics. The flavor line reads as a cocoa-toned richness combined with a naturally fruity cherry-like trace; this combination is most often described as resembling Black Forest cake.
