Sutliff Tobacco Company 600 Mixture #79

Mixture No. 79 is one of the old market blends of American pipe tobacco tradition; Sutliff's bulk version, numbered 600, carries anise, vanilla extract, and a touch of whiskey flavoring over roasted burley leaf. Its markedly anise-forward character sets it apart from most aromatic mixtures on the market. Its body carries burley's fullness, while its flavor is sweet and cola-like; tendency to bite the tongue is low.
