The Briary Ephemeris Tobacco - the Finest Virginia

Ephemeris is a straight Virginia blend hand-prepared at the counter by The Briary, a tobacconist in Homewood, Alabama. The maker states that several Virginia leaves are combined, with no cavendish or any other casing in the blend. The goal is to build a balance no single leaf could achieve on its own, bringing softness, tang, and natural sugary sweetness together in the same bowl. Because it carries no casing, the taste comes entirely from the leaf's own notes of grass, hay, and light fruit. The blend is sold only at The Briary's own shop.
