Virginia Gold Natural is the unflavored blend in the same budget line. Its base is a grassy, citrusy, lightly toasted Virginia, with earthy, nutty Burley used as the secondary leaf. It is ribbon cut and sold in bags. Nicotine is low and the smoke does not tire the tongue unless puffed too fast. It burns clean and somewhat quickly, leaves little moisture at the bottom of the bowl, and shows no marked change in taste throughout.
