4Noggins Otter Creek

Otter Creek is a simply constructed blend in 4noggins' bulk aromatic lineup. A vanilla-based topping is applied over a trio of Virginia, Burley, and black Cavendish; rather than a stack of elaborate layers, it targets a single-note, straightforward sweetness. It burns at a low, steady, even temperature; nicotine is mild and flavor mild-to-moderate.
