Bentley Orange Oriental Type

Orange Oriental Type is a ribbon-cut blend sold under the Bentley name. Per the maker's description, the composition is weighted toward Oriental and Virginia leaf, with Latakia used in only a very small proportion. Its moisture and cut are pack-friendly, burning quickly and evenly. The dominant element in the smoke is the Oriental's spicy, sharp seasoning; the first puffs can deliver a spice tone intense enough to catch the throat. The orange in the name shows itself less as a distinct fruit flavor and more in the room note. Traces of Latakia only emerge with slow, controlled smoking, alongside Virginia sweetness.
