Bentley the Oriental Amber

Bentley is a pipe tobacco line put on the market by the German tobacco house August Schuster. Sitting at the spicier end of the line, The Oriental Amber is based on a combination of Virginia and Oriental leaf; small amounts of Perique and Latakia are added to deepen the blend. Virginia's measured sweetness is balanced by the Oriental leaf's dry, spicy, tangy tones; the Perique brings a plum-and-pepper sharpness, while the Latakia adds a light smoky layer that stays in the background. Because the flavoring load is low, the blend reads as close to natural taste rather than aromatic.
