Hudson's Bay is an unflavored Virginia blend in Brigham's Legend line. Matured medium- and dark-brown Virginia leaves are offered in English-style thick-cut broken flake form; stoved black Virginia is added to the blend to give a dark, deep tobacco taste with its own inherent sweetness. Per the manufacturer's description, strength and flavor sit in the light-to-medium band. Thanks to the broken flake structure, the leaf crumbles easily in the palm, giving a long, slow smoke. The name refers to Canada's historic fur-trading company, Hudson's Bay.
