Briar Fox is an unflavored mixture where Virginia and burley are pressed into a cake. It is one of Cornell & Diehl's best-known tinned products and is considered a measured example of the brand's Virginia-burley approach. Pressing lets the two leaves' flavors meld together; the smoke reads as a single tobacco taste rather than separate components.
