Cornell & Diehl Seersucker
Seersucker is a blend in Cornell & Diehl's Cellar series, presented in plug (pressed) form. It takes its name from the South's summer fabric and was first released in July 2016. Its composition includes cigar leaf, fire-cured Kentucky, Burley, Oriental, Virginia, and black Cavendish. The combination of cigar leaf and dark fire-cured Kentucky gives the blend a dark character along the axis of leather, earth, and spice. The maker states the product is designed to mature over seven to ten years of aging, and gives strength, flavor, and room note values as high.
