Cornell & Diehl Snug Harbor

Snug Harbor is a mixture built on a Burley-based body with Turkish leaf, Latakia, and Perique added, topped with only a light casing meant to sharpen the natural sweetness and room note. It's ribbon cut and is generally referred to under the heading of a light aromatic English mixture. On the smoke, Burley and Oriental leaf come forward together, building a nutty, lightly tangy line. Latakia's smoke is measured, and Perique adds spice. The casing is noticeable at the start of the bowl, then recedes, leaving the leaves' own taste in front.
