Cornell & Diehl Strathspey

Strathspey is a Scottish-style mixture named after the Strathspey region in the Scottish Highlands. Smoky Latakia and peppery Oriental leaf are set over a Virginia-and-Burley base, black Cavendish rounds out the sweetness, and a whisky top note is applied. The smoke moves between peaty smoke and sweet leaf. Its Latakia proportion is measured compared to heavy English mixtures, so body stays medium.
