House of Windsor Briggs

Briggs Mixture is a plain blend prepared by combining sweet, light-colored Virginia with mild white Burley leaf, without a pronounced flavoring. The aim is to achieve a measured, mild smoke that lets the leaf's natural taste come forward. Because of this, flavor intensity is low, nicotine level moderate, and the burn cool. The brand's history goes back to the P. Lorillard era; in later years it was produced by House of Windsor in tins. Since House of Windsor ceased operations, the original product doesn't exist; match blends prepared in its place are sold.
