Schneiderwind Darley Moor

Darley Moor is the Schneiderwind house's dark, full-bodied pressed blend. Its foundation is fire-cured, dark-colored Kentucky flakes; these are joined by selected Virginia leaf and a pinch of Louisiana-origin perique. No additives are used; the flavor comes from the leaves' own smoky, spicy, and lightly fruity character. The flake structure gives a slow, cool burn; it needs to be rubbed or folded for packing. Sold in 100-gram packages.
