Sutliff Tobacco Company Blackthorn Shillelagh

Blackthorn Shillelagh, named after the traditional Irish walking stick, is a limited-production aromatic Sutliff released for St. Patrick's Day in early 2024. The ribbon-cut blend brings together tart Virginia, nutty burley, and sweet black cavendish, topped with an Irish whiskey flavoring. On the palate, fruity sweetness, oak, barley, and light tartness stand out; vanilla and floral notes stay in the background. Nicotine strength is light-to-medium, leaning slightly toward medium. Sold in eight-ounce tins.
