County Cork is an aromatic in Sutliff's Private Stock (SPS) line. Its base contains burley and Virginia leaves, topped with Irish cream and a light whiskey sauce. The short ribbon cut lights easily and burns cool and even. On the palate, the creamy texture and whiskey's sweet-spicy trace lead; as the topping fades, burley's bready and Virginia's lightly sweet base emerge. Records note it carries a touch more fullness than many aromatics in the same line.
