Sutliff Tobacco Company Golden Age

Golden Age is a Virginia-perique blend from Sutliff's Private Stock line. Its coarse-ribbon cut shows beige, chocolate-brown, and black tones together. The tin note carries perique's sharp, liqueur-like trace along with earth and light fruit notes. On the palate, perique leans more toward plum and raisin than pepper, asserting itself throughout the bowl without overwhelming Virginia's hay-like sweetness. Nicotine strength is light, and the blend doesn't turn harsh as it heats up.
