Sutliff Tobacco Company State Fair

State Fair is one of Sutliff's bulk aromatics named for its fairground theme. It is prepared by bringing together burley, Virginia, and black cavendish leaf; the casing applied over it builds a sweet line reminiscent of sugared apple. It is ribbon cut and offered at a moisture level ready for smoking straight from the pack. The blend sits on the light side; according to the maker's data, its nicotine strength is at the lowest tier, and the taste is also measured. Black cavendish carries the sweetness, burley adds a light body, and Virginia stays in the background.
