Wilke Pipe Tobacco Black Cavendish

Wilke Black Cavendish is an unsugared black cavendish record. The leaf, steam-processed and darkened with heat, gains a soft, dark character as its natural sugars caramelize; since no casing is applied either, the flavor comes from the processing itself. It can be smoked on its own, or used as a blending component to soften the harshness of other tobaccos or bulk up their body. The flavor carries a soft sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar and a light toasted-bread note. Body and nicotine are low; it burns cool and clean, leaves little moisture in the chamber, and the flavor stays consistent throughout.
