Directory of Italian Pipe Brands (1/2)

Directory of Italian Pipe Brands is a two-part reference page bringing together the brands named in the country's pipe production; this first part covers ninety-one entries from AAA to Roverart. Taken together, the factory tradition around Varese and Milan, the workshop school of Pesaro and Rome, the briar quarries of Calabria and Sardinia, and the house labels tobacconists commissioned under their own names explain why Italian pipe making has produced such a crowded brand map.

For most brands in the directory, the record runs to only a few lines; those with a standalone article are linked. For the general picture, see the entry on a short history of the Italian handmade pipe.
