Consummate Gentleman is Ashton's ribbon-cut English mixture. A touch of Latakia is added alongside Virginia, Maryland, and Burley leaf; the maker's description also notes unflavored Cavendish in the blend. Here Latakia isn't the main character but a seasoning element. Body is medium, and it conveys the traditional English style without drowning it in smoky intensity; Burley and Maryland set a dry, nutty base while Virginia's sweetness comes forward.
