Peter Stokkebye Norwegian Blend (No.80)

Norwegian Blend is a three-component blend built from flue-cured Virginia, air-cured Burley, and sun-cured Oriental leaf; the maker's description calls it American-style. It is a fine shag cut kept at low moisture. Virginia carries natural sweetness, Burley cools the smoke, and Oriental brings a spicy seasoning. It is unflavored, burns evenly and cool, and leaves a light-colored ash. Because of the fine cut, a measured pace is needed.
