Peter Stokkebye Turkish Export (No.84)

Turkish Export is built by blending sun-cured Samsun-type Turkish tobacco with ripe Virginias, and is one of the best-known records of the line Peter Stokkebye established in the 1970s. It carries no flavoring. Sources indicate it is offered in two cuts: a fine ribbon sold in bulk and a fine shag sold in pouches. On the palate, the Turkish tobacco's spicy, dry, lightly tart taste leads; Virginia stays in the background as a faint sweetness. It burns comfortably and gives plenty of smoke; because of its fine cut, it smokes fast and the bowl is prone to overheating.
