Rattray Brown Clunee

Brown Clunee is a blend combining fire-cured Virginia leaf with Kentucky and Perique, presented as broken flake. Its color is dark; the tin holds pieces in dark brown, brown, and lighter tan tones together. No casing or flavoring is used. Despite its dark appearance, its taste stays measured; the tin note is described as raisin, spice, and ripe plum. Rather than a sharp peppery accent, Perique deepens Virginia's sweetness, while Kentucky adds an earthy weight to the body.
