Wessex Balkan Supreme

Wessex is an English-origin name first used as a pipe brand by Hall & Fitzgerald, later passed on to a tobacco line. Balkan Supreme belongs to the brand's series known as Brigade, and is classified as a ribbon-cut English/Balkan-style mixture. Virginia leaves build the backbone; Latakia's smoky tone and the Oriental leaf's dry, spicy sharpness settle into this foundation. Its smoke carries wood soot, a salty-spicy framework, and a light sweetness from the Virginia in the background. Nicotine sits at a medium level, while the intensity on the palate is pronounced.
