Wessex Classic Virginia

Brigade Classic Virginia is a blend combining dark red pressed Virginia leaf with Louisiana Perique. Although only Virginia appears in the name, since it contains Perique it belongs to the Virginia/Perique family. It's offered as broken flake, at a moisture level ready to pack without further rubbing out. Its taste is rounded rather than sharp or grassy; Perique's spicy, lightly fruity tone layers over Virginia's bready sweetness.
