Wilke Pipe Tobacco Wilke No. 111

Wilke No. 111 is a light mixture among the maker's numbered bulk blends that puts Oriental leaf forward. According to the recipe, the Oriental base is joined by a small amount of Latakia along with Virginia and Burley. Keeping the Latakia ratio low prevents the smoke from masking the Oriental's spicy, dry-grassy character; the blend is generally light-bodied overall.
