Ashton Rainy Day

Rainy Day is a ribbon-cut aromatic built from Virginia, Burley, and black Cavendish leaf. The blend's distinguishing feature is that after preparation it's rested for about a month in whiskey barrels; this process gives the tobacco a woody, sweet layer from the barrel. In the flavor description, tropical fruit, toasted nuts, and notes close to barrel wood stand out. The dry body from the Burley keeps the blend from being purely a sweet aromatic and pulls its strength to medium.
