Wessex Gold Brick

Gold Brick is Wessex's uncut plug product made from unflavored Virginia; it's sold as a 100-gram cake, and the smoker slices and rubs out as much as needed. It follows an old-fashioned, unflavored Virginia recipe. In the flavor profile, malty, bready tones and caramel-candy sweetness come forward.
