Park Square is among Peretti's Virginia-forward blends and takes its name from the shop's Park Square address in Boston. Per the maker's description, red Virginia, matured Virginia, and steamed Virginia are used together, with a measured share of perique added on top to give the blend spice and depth. Having three distinct Virginia types side by side builds a layered sweetness no single Virginia could provide alone. The profile moves between the dark, bready side of stoved Virginia and the fruity side of red Virginia. Being ribbon cut, it needs no preparation.
