Peterson Irish Cask

Irish Cask is a ribbon-cut blend prepared by resting Virginia, Perique, and black Cavendish leaf in sherry casks. It was reportedly sold previously under the name Irish Oak. The cask resting gives the blend a wine-like sweetness and depth. The smoke is medium-bodied; Cavendish lays down a soft, sweet base, Perique leaves a light sharpness in the background, and Virginia carries the tart side.
